Scott is an award-winning Director, Producer, and Writer whose original shorts have toured internationally. Scott strives to tell intimate character-driven stories set in a larger world. 
 

Scott began his filmmaking career as an actor, best known for his work as the "misunderstood bad-boy" Johnny Dimarco on the much-beloved television franchise 'Degrassi: The Next Generation'.

Scott believes through inclusion and open communication, we can dive deeper into character, allowing stories to thrive and be more authentic.

Scott has also worked as an Assistant Director within the Directors Guild of Canada on a variety of projects such as 'Star Trek: Discovery, 'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds', 'The Lost Symbol', 'The Handmaid's Tale', 'Ghostwriter' & 'How to Fail as a Popstar'.
